The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) helps older Australians access support services to live independently and safely at home.

Through our CHSP services, we will work with you to maintain your independence rather than doing things for you.

Focused on Care has recently started delivering CHSP services in the Roma area and is always welcoming new participants who are looking for extra support.

We currently provide:

• Centre based respite – which includes day programs
• Cottage based respite – respite supports and services from within your own home
• Transport – from 9am until 1pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health.
