How Are We Different?
We pride ourselves on our client centred approach in the delivery of our services. All of our new clients undergo a robust induction process which includes a risk assessment, fully understand the complexity of their disability, needs, goals, likes, dislikes and what particular skills their support worker will need.
From here we crossmatch the client’s needs with our database of high-quality support workers to ensure we have the most suitable person working with each client.
Before starting with a new client, our support workers are thoroughly briefed on the client to ensure they’re aware of the client’s disability, goals, likes, dislikes and any unique needs.
How Can We Help You?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) exists to help people living with disability access disability services.
The NIISQ provides funding to people who have sustained eligible serious personal njuries in a motor vehicle accident in Queensland on or after 1 July 2016.
